Collaboration between the nursery teachers, kindergarten teachers, principal and parenting centre is well established. Joint professional development opportunities, regular meetings, and frequent informal conversation are ongoing. Sharing ideas and resources is extremely helpful in establishing a smooth transition and an intergrated learning environment.
